Ryley Guzzello

Melville acquire Guzzello as a free agent just before the start of the 2026 Fall campaign. A seasoned veteran starting pitcher who has started championship games and captained his own club in the past. Ryley gives Melville an very strong 1-2 punch at the top of the rotation along with Barbarino and some sneaky pop at the bottom of the line up. For all Melville is adding on the mound, they are also adding in the dugout with experience. Guzzello started his life as a Moby Dick possibly better than any player in club history, with two complete games helping Melville sweep an old foe in the Wolfpack on 9/9/2026, starting his tenure 2-0.
